Picture 10" EP, 2000, Hangnail Productions

This is the first official reissue of a Necrony release previously issued in another format. The source is the "Promo 93/94" demo. It might have started with a picture 7" EP but ultimately it became a picture 10" EP. The result was unfortunately slightly disappointing as the communication between the label and the band collapsed somewhere during the production. The label changed the artwork by adding the Necrony logo in a quite ugly way totally ignoring the original design submitted by the band. And then there were some serious issues with the amount of free copies that made their way to the band. A nasty situation.

Poserslaughter Classics Remasters

Another disappointing release. Poserslaughter reached out and told the band that a reissue of "Pathological Performances" was being made to fight subpar bootleg editions. Little did we know that the reissue was to include a total of 99 minutes (how is it possible?) with the "Necronycism" MCD, the "Mucu-purulent Miscarriage" 7" EP and half (!) of the "Severe Malignant Pustule" demo added, everything "remastered" and issued in a boring package. This release killed all ideas of doing a proper discography release in a heartbeat.

Pathological Performances

Cassette, 2021, Gurgling Gore (First press)

The start of the modern age reissues. American death metal label Gurgling Gore reached out and suggested a cassette release of "Pathological Performances" and it made sense to reissue the album in a new format. Due to the lengths of the songs, a rearranged tracklist was needed to get two even sides of the tape. This is the cassette tracklist: A1. Rigor Mortis Sets In, A2. Dexterous Embryectomy, A3. Severe Malignant Pustule

Remastered CD, 2021, Grindestroy

The attractive thing with this reissue was to release the debut demo on a transparent CD in a digipack, as offered by Grindestroy in Mexico. However, remastered audio was needed to even consider a release and master tapes were located and sent to Dan Swanö who did some magic with his original four track mix of the demo. 30 years after "Severe Malignant Pustule" was recorded it got polished for a remastered reissue.

Apart from the 500 CD's that were made, a small run of 100 cassettes were also printed by Grindestroy, really going full circle for "Severe Malignant Pustule".

It was bound to happen. The audio was remastered by Dan Swanö with the original CD as the source and the layout was reimagined by Anders Jakobson, inspired by the original design. The album is released world wide in four different editions, these:
• Selfmadegod Records, European edition (with Japan), jewel case with white slipcase.
• Grindestroy, Mexican/US edition, jewel case with white slipcase.
• Bitter Loss Records, Australian/New Zeelandic edition, jewel case.
• Disembodied Records, South American edition, jewel case with black slipcase.
